physical therapy helping those navigating pelvic issues and pain get back in the sun

About Pelvic Health

Pelvic health, commonly known as pelvic floor therapy, is a specialized branch of physical therapy (PT) that focuses on the experiences of the pelvis in all humans. This includes bowels, bladder, reproductive organs, and supporting muscles. Experiencing symptoms in this area can be difficult to talk about, and not knowing why these things occur can feel isolating. Our goal at Solis is to create a safe space to clarify the WHY behind what you are experiencing and give you the tools and confidence that benefits your whole well-being.

what we treat:

Shea

After multiple doctors couldn't identify the cause of my symptoms, Cailey listened, found the root cause during my first visit, and helped dramatically improve both my physical and mental health in just three sessions. I couldn't recommend her more!

Doug

After seeing five pelvic floor therapists over several years, Caren and Cailey have helped me more than anyone else. Their expertise complements each other perfectly, and their communication makes every visit feel seamless. If you're struggling with pelvic health issues, don't wait—schedule an appointment. You have so much to gain.

Kate

Caren's expertise through two pregnancies and postpartum recoveries was invaluable. Thanks to her guidance, I overcame pain and leakage and returned to running. Solis is a warm, welcoming place that truly empowers healing. I recommend them to everyone!
